Apples & Oatmeal & Peaches & Cream Beauty Treatments

Thanks to Dee Dee Helbig of Ava Bella Day Spa for sharing these great at home beauty treatments!

Peaches and Cream exfoliating cleanser

2 T rice powder

2 slices of pureed peaches

1 T yogurt

Place 1/4 cup of rice in blender- blend until it's in the form of a powder

Add all ingredients together to make a cleanser. Cleanse face with while rubbing skin in circular motions. Rinse

Apple Oatmeal mask

1/2 apple ( pureed)

1 T. oatmeal

1 t. cornmeal

1 t honey

Mix oatmeal and corn meal together. Add apple and mix to form a paste. Add honey. Apply to skin for 10-15 min.

Rinse

Other benefits of Apple. Puree and use as a toner to acne. Also use as a "sunburn" soother
